EXCEED-2
EXCEED-2 is a refinement based on the former lightweight sun-shade equipped open-face helmet "EXCEED".
It comes with a newly engineered "SAJ-3 shield". Re-designed shape around the lower end splits the wind and reduces turbulence. Benefiting from the heat ray screen material by TEIJIN LIMITED, this shield effectively blocks UV and IR, which helps suppressing temperature rise caused by the sun.
The interior of EXCEED-2 with DEOFACTOR® Antibacterial Processing suppresses the growth of bacteria. Re-designed cheek pad for a glasses-friendly experience. Also we enlarged the space for intercom speakers and made it easier for wire routing and placement.
All these innovative designs from in-and-out, result in a comfortable versatile helmet for daily riding and touring.
Functions & Technology
・UV&IR Cut Shield by TEIJIN LIMITED
The "SAJ-3 shield" with its high performance polycarbonate heat ray screen material, cuts UV and IR. Reduces the heat transfer into the helmet while maintaining clear vision.
・Aero-Optimized Shield design
Newly designed shape cuts and splits wind while riding, and thus, suppress the turbulence to improve aerodynamics.
・Snug and Pleasant fit Interior
Interior paddings provide a comfortable fit and feel, while holding the helmet tight and secure onto the head.
・Enlarged Intercom Speaker Space
Space reserved for installation of intercom speakers or cameras. Slots and trench on both sides for better wire routing and placement.
・Wide Inner Sunshade
Enlarged inner sunshade covers more of the peripheral vision and protects from sun glare.
・Glasses-Friendly Cheek Pads
New sewing pattern of the cheek pads leads to a smooth glasses wearing experience.

・FEM Structural Analysis
FEM(Finite Element Method) structural analysis introduced to the manufacturing procedure. Balanced and optimized the strength on each part of the shell, created a safety and lightweight helmet.
・Impact Absorption Liner
Reinforced impact absorption liners underneath the cheek pads for high-level of safety.
・Easy-to-Operate Vents
Ventilation system is easy to use. Bringing fresh air into the helmet.
・Wake Stabilizer (PAT.)
Kabuto's patented aero-system, the "Wake Stabilizer" is intergrated into the rear vents. Helps controlling airflow around the helmet while riding and decreases the load.
